AN OUT-SPOKEN DUTCH PAPER.
My 8. 12:10 p.m.
Reuter's Amsterdam correspondent says that the Telegraaf pub liebes a remarkable leading article, emphasising the dangers to the Netherlands that would arise from a victorious Germany. It would mean that Dutch independence would be endel. The Telegraaf "We must unceasingly remind the Datch people that Ger- many desires place in the North Ses,"
The paper bitterly complains that neutrality in Holland has become an aim in itself, regardless of independence. The victory of the Allies would alone be the guarantee of Du'ch independence.
Tae Telegraaf demands a strong Holland, armed to the teeth snd ready to suffer the worst for her honour and dignity.
