Working Account 1914.-The not premit earned during 1914, after dedusting return premia, Re-Insurance premis, &o,, amount $2,507,088,58, against $1,593,496.29 during 1913, and the account shows a balance at credit of $1,503,005.61. The diréotors recommend the pay- ment of a special dividend of 5 per cent. $3 per share, to be paid out of interest earned, which will absorb $30,000, and to carry forward the balance $1,487,005.64.
