on or about the 17th March the following alterations will be made in the baoyage of the Langshan Crossing, owing to changes in the channel. The Vine Point Lower Baoy will be shifted 1.4 cables 3. 17 W. from its present position, be placed in 39 feet of water sud ratain its former charseteristics. The Waterman Bink Lower Buoy will be shifted 5 cables 8, 39 E. from its present position, bo placed in 30 feet of water and retain its former charseteriation. The Vine: Point Buoy will be shifted 2.4 cables S. 24° W, from its present position, be placed in 29 feet of water and retain ita The former characteristics, Waterman Bank Upper Buoy will be shifted 5.8 cables 8. 87° E. from its present position and be placed in 40 feet of water. The obaracteristice of the buoy in its new position will be: A eix-foot buoy, painted Red, ear mounted by a black cylindrical shape.
