Subscribers to the above loan are boroby notified that, in ac cordance with Article V of the the full Loan Regulations, amount of Dollars Nine Hundrad and Sixty Thou and ($950,000), being the amount of interest on the loan for one year, has been du'y raised by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Communications, and has been deposited by the undersigned in the following Foreign Banks namely, the Hongkong & Shang- hai Banking Corporation and the Russo-Aniatic Bank, as a per- manent guarantee for the interest on the loan.
