Now that further of the German commerce raidera have been rounded up, those still at large are the cruisers Dresden, Bremen and Karlsruhe und the Buxiliary armed merchant ships Kronprinz Wilhelm and Prinz Eitel Friedrich. The latter ventel had e enccess recently in meeting the British steamer Charcas, which she sang off Corral, Chile, She had a large Americans owned cargo on board, so presumably there will be a claim. In the normal way the Frioz Eitel Friedrich in peace is in the Far Eastern service of the Nord- deutscher Lloyd, and is a vessel of 8,800 tone, with a speed of 15 Anots. She arrived at Tientsin on July 29, and was not reported afterwards until Nov. 6, when she left the port of Valparaiso, having transformed herself into an armed merchant cruiser.
