Generous Contribution from an Arab Chief to P.W. Fund. Bashire, November 1.-Sheikh Isa, the ruler of Bihrem Islande, has this week contributed 5,000 rupees to the Prince of Wales' Fund. Bihrem is situated on the Arab cast of the Persian Gulf and is the centre of the pearl fishery, an industry which perhaps has suffered most in. 'The consequence of the war.
