The new steamer was built by the New Engineering and Ship- building Co., Ld., and has the following dimensions:-length over all, 304ft; length between perpendiculars, 293ft; moulded depth to main deck, 15ft.; normal draught, 10ft; height from main to upper deck, 8ft.; height from apper deck to promenads deek, Tit. 3in. from promenade deck to boat desk, 7ft. 3in. Sho is of 2,150 tons not register, and is built of steel, in accordance with Lloyd's requirements. She will leave Shanghai for Ningpo to-morrow.on her maiden voyage. The Hsin-Ningebao baa excellent, Dec. accommodation for passengers, Dec. there being eight rooms on the Jan, promenade deck tastefully fitted in European style, with single tor spring beds.
