Chineze Educational Conference. The petition of Chang Tsc-lini, Chairman of tho Provincial Edu entional Association of Chibli, to the Ministry of Education, re questing the portaission to call for an educational conference to be participated in by all the pro vinces has been approved. The Chilli Educational Association has sent out a ciroular letter inviting the provinces to send delegatsa to the conference which will be held in Tientsin on the 20th of next April,
