The Caledon Holbein.. A consideres, judgment was delivered recently by Mr. Justice Joyce on so adjourned summons which raised the question to whom the proceeds of the sale of the late Eul of Caledon's Holbein portrait of Thomas Cromwell, Earl of Eser, belonged. The picture was sold by Lady Culedon for £30,000, which was in the hands of the Publie Trustee. His Lordsbip concidered the terms of; the late Lord Caledon's will, and said that, as the present peer might predecease he mother, it was impossible to say that he would be entitled to the chattels roferred to in the will, including the picture.
