Tokyo, Sept. 6.

The Japanese naval commander reporte that two seaplanes on Sept. 5 reconnoitred over Teing-. tan and dropped bombs on the wireless station and barracks. One cosplace received fifteen shots through its planes. Both machines returned safely.
