Paking, Received April 6. Reuters correspondent at Sianfu states that small forces of robbers have appeared seventeen miles to the South-west and are looting small towns. Soldiers have looted Oim station at Ying Kai-woi. The foreigners are safe. More soldiers have arrived from Tung Wan and Sha Shang Chow and the situation at Sionfa is improved.

Peking, Received April 6. The prospectus has been issued for a hundred and fifty million franc faduatrielle Binque Loan.
