Sitting in Criminal Juris liction at the Supreme Court, this morn ing, Sir Willism Rees Davide, the Chief Justice, bad before him Kan Chol, charged with felonions- ly, and with malica aforethought, murdering his younger brother Kan Hop, on June 15, 1913, on Jubilee Road or Victoria Road, in this Colony.
Mr. Kemp, the Crown Solicitor, appeared for the prosecution, sod Mr. Eldon Putler, instructed by Mr. GK Hall Brutton defended.
