Battleships In Progress of Construction.

Two of the four British bat- tleships launched during the past year belonged to the 1912-13 programme-the. Queen Eliza.. bath, built at Portsmouth Dock- yard, and sagined by the Wali- Head Slipway and Engineering Company, Limited, and, the Warspite, constructed at Davon port Dockyard, and engined by Messrs. Hawthorn, Leslie and Co., Limited. The other two ships of this also, the Birham, build- ing at Clydebauk, and the Valiant, at Fairfield, lab down lator, are, not likely to be afloat for some little time ret. The two other battleships launched last year-the Boubow" from Messrs..
