Court in the event of a Judge of His Majesty's Supreme Court in China not being available. Why not extend this principle ? If there be objection to the temporary appointment of a practising barrister to sit as a Judge in Summary or Original Jurisdic- tion, could not an arrangement. be made for the Attorney General
