In the Sommary Court, this morning, before Mr. Justice Gom- pertz, the Hop Hing firm sued the Hing San firm and Han Ping Kee for $78.60, representing rent $28, and the remainder for costs, judgment being given for the plaintiffs last March.

Mr. Crew, of Messrs Hastings and Hastings, appeared for the plaintiffs.
