Struck Bad Weather. The pilot boat A. M. Bisbee arrived at Shanghai on November 14 and reported having lost both anchore and cables in the heavy gale of the day, before. The ves sel was at anchor on her station" when it commenced to blow from the N. W. bat ran in for shelter and took up an anchorage about even miles inside the Firway Buoy, riding with both anchore down and 100 fathoms on the cables. Hongkong Wireless Regulations.

The following regulations have been made by the Officer A 'minie- tering the Government-in-kunoil under the provisions of Betion 8. F the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance, 1013-

1. Any person desirous of ob aining a licence for the establish. ment of a wireless telegraph talion or the installation cr working of any apparatus for wireless telegraphy in any place in the Colony or on board any, British ahip registrad in the Colony must apply in writing to be Culonial Secretary. Such ap- plication must contain full parti ralara (a.) of the place, or ship a respect of which a licence is ought; (b) of the nature of the apparatas which it is desired and proposed to instal and work; and (a.) of the purposes for which the installation is intended to be! utilized.
