Industrial Unrest at Home. There are many indications at present that a spirit of unrest is permeating the ranks of many of the industries at Home, and, in some cases notably in Dublin→→→ the indications point to extreme animosity and virulence existing among employees. The grievance at Dublin and London complained of by the employees seems to be the old one of the employers. giving work to non-union men. As we bave pointed out on many occasions in this column no body of workers has any right to make any such demand, any more than that an employer should say that keshall not employ man connected with Trade Unions. Such unions are quite legitimate while they, serve the purpose of assisting workmen in times of sickness.or for some such purpose, but that they should be allowed to exercise their tyrannons actions whenever they deem expedient on the ground that such and such an employes is not one of their precious union is intolerable.
