Rules Governing the Appointment of Referees.
Subjoined in the list of rules governing the sppointment of referees to the Hongkong Foot- ball Amooistion which have been drawn up by a special committee and confirmed by the council. By means of this list is hoped to btain a number of fully qualified refinden áll of of whom" will now ouma gider the outrul of the sedation.. Is it satimsted that before the beginning of the sesson there will be about ten referees on the list.
The rules are as follow:- The Council shall, at their first meeting in each season, appoints referees committee, wand shall | delegate, as far as possible to this committee the duties of (1) Examining the qualifications of applicants; (2) Appointing referees to matches; (3) Dealing with reports as to misconduct, &c.
The entrance for all referees shall be one dollar. Each referee
