CANADIAN MAIL.

The C. P. R. 8.8. Empress of Russia arrived at Kobe on the 26th inst., at 7.00 pm. and was due to arrive at Shimidzu on the 28th inst., 6.00 a.m.

AMERICAN MAIL. The F. M. s.8. Mongolia left San Francisco for Hongkong via the usual ports of call on the 3rd inst. The P. M. s.s. Nile will be dis- patched from this port for Ban Francisco, via Manila, usual Japan Ports and Honolulu on Tuesday, June 3rd, at 12.00 noon nstead of 1 pm. as usual.

The A. Las Persia left Shang hai for this port on the 27th inst., and will arrive here on the 30th inst.

The T. K. K, 8.8. Chiyo Maru left Hongkong for Franoisoo via usual ports on Tuesday the 27th

instant.

The T. K. K. a.8. Hongkong Maru will leave Hongkong for Japan, Honolulu and South America Ports on the 4th prox.

The T. K. K. s.5. Kiyo Maru left Manzanillo for Honolulu on the 28th May and is due id Hong- kong on the 20th July.

The T. K. K. 8,8. Buyo Maru left. Balina Cruz for Callao on the 23rd inst., and is due there on the 1st prox.

The T.K.K. 8.8. Tenyo Maru left Anhui, Honolulu for Yokohama on the 23rd inst., where she is expected on the 3rd June and is due in Hongkong on the 17th Juno,

The T. K. K. 8.8. Shinyo Maru arrived at San Francisco on the 26th May and leaves again for Hongkong via usual porte on the 7th June.

The E. & A. 8.8. St. Albans left Sydney on the 7th inst, and may be expected to arrive here on the 30th inst..

The STEAMERS of the RUSSIAN VOLUNTEER FLEET call- ing at Hongkong once a month both ways, Homeward and Outward, will accept Cargo and Passengers for the Ports they have to call nt, on the way, according to the schedule viz:---

The Agency of the Russian Volunteer Fleet at Hongkong will also accept Cargo and issue through Bills-of-Lading for all Black and Azov Boas Ports, with transhipment at Odessa, and for Hakodate and all Ports of Tartarian Strait and Kamtohatka with tranship- ment at Vladivostok.:
