The Kuo Ming Tang is evident ly realising the folly of its ill- judged opposition to the President" and the Loan, and its change of attitude, now asserting itself, may be welcomed as a good sugury. We are now informed that the Rola objection to the Loan was that the signing of the contract had not first been approved by Parliament, that the loan itself is really the correct thing for China and that in fact it is not big enough.
