The report for presentation to shareholders of the Star Ferry Company, Limited, at the fifteenth azdinary annual meeting to be held at the Offices of MossTS. Jardine, Matheson & Co., Ltd. at 12.30 p.m. on Wednesday, 21st May, is as follows :--
