Dooks Wharves and Godowns: -Hongkong and Whampoa Docks have buyers at $60. Shanghai Docks have declined from Ts. 72 to Tis. 60 sales and buyers. Kowloon Wharves are obtainable at $77. Hongkow

Wharves are quoted at Tla. 106.

Lands Hotels and Buildings:- Hongkong Lands are firmer with buyers at $101.1-2 ex div, Kow- loon Lands are still wanted at $36, West Points at $54.1-2 ex div, Hotels at $115 and $73, and Humphreys Estates at $8.1-2. Shanghai Lands are quoted at Tla. 89.

Cottons-Hongkong Cottons "have sold at $9.00 and more shares are obtainable at this figure. There are buyers of Emo's at Tis. 147, Shanghai Cottons at Tls. 131 cash, and Kung-Yike at Tls. 14.1-2.
