The Wah Yick Tirm were the plantiffs, and the Kwan Yick Firm the defendants, in an action Boihow, Haiphong and Pakhoi brought before Mr. Justice Gom- pertz, at the Summary Court, this morning, for the sum of $461.40; $445.10 being the balance due 'for goods sold and delivered,

He would ask bis Lordship' permission to amend the writ so as to read the Kwan Yick. Firm alias the Kwan Yick Chung Kee, and also to reduce the olním by $3, that amount being added to the claim by a clerical error.

Hla Lordship granted the re quest and gave judgment for the plaintiffs.
