The Japanese liner Shinyo Maru, which arrived yesterday, was delayed on her last trip from this port to San Francisco. An American contemporary December 23, but that between that she should have arrived on Macao-Per Sui Tai, 4th Feb. Hongkong and Nagasaki lost the
