Notification No. 15 of 1912, which gives notice that the wreck of a lorcha, with masta showing above water, lies sunken on the Shanghai side of the fair- way, about 600 ft. from the upper buoy of the Norddeutscher Lloyd's head and stern moorings, in the 11th section of the harbour. The wreck is marked during the the day by a flag, and at night by a red light with a white light vertically below it.
