Notification No. 15 of 1912, which gives notice that the wreck of a lorcha, with masta showing above water, lies sunken on the Shanghai side of the fair- way, about 600 ft. from the upper buoy of the Norddeutscher Lloyd's head and stern moorings, in the 11th section of the harbour.
