Plague In Hongkong. Bubonic plague has been epidemic in Hongkong sincs 1894. How it came to the Colony nobody has been able to discover, nor are the experts able to tell, na yet how we are to get rid of it, Millions of dollars have beba ex- pended in the Colony during the past eighteen years on precautions against the recurrence of plague, yet the number of onses notified this year exceeded those of apy year since 1894.
