It would seem then that up to the present the Institute has been a very flourishing concern, speaks with sovon years' ex but according to Earl Groy, who perionco as Govornor-General of Canada, its name is objectionable to dwellors in the Overseas Dominions. But what we should liko to know is the name which Earl Grey would substitute for Colonial in the title of the In- stitute,

under such a system, and that the change could not but have a healthy influence.
