Rather an interesting case has recently been heard by the Full Court of Now South Wales. On October 2 a collision took place in Sydney Harbour between the steamship Taviuni, belonging to the Union Steamship.Company of. Now Zealand, and the steamship Nera, owned by the Messagories Maritimes. It is interesting to noto the sequel. As a matter of fact, there was so much doubt about the. propriety of tho decision of the Marine Court which condemned the mastor of the Taviuni that a re-hearing was ordered. How far the the "Sydney Morning Herald" comments of
