and as shown by the Directors. During the Mosare J. W. C. Bonnar and G. Boks of the Company. Balloch resigned, on leaving the Colony, and their placea vero-filled by Mosure, O. Gordon Mackie and W. L. Pattenden respectively. On Mr. Bounar's return to the Colony Mr. Gordon Mackie resigned his
year;
seat and Mr. Bonnar was invited to ro-join the Board. The Direc tors now are:--Dr. J, W.-Nabio, Mosers J. Boott Haraton, J. W. 0. Bonnor and W. L. Pattonden who retiro, but being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
