A fairly large volume of busi- ness has passed through the Ex- change during the past week, and a healthy fooling pervades the dealings in all classes of stocks, The market for rubbers is one that has for many months been quiescent and relegated to a position of minor importance, but this week-dealings in rubber eliares have formed the chief foa- ture in the market. The tone of share business generally is de- cidedly firm and prices show a steady upward tendency.
