July 21, Noon for last year, Msfor-General Mac- July 28, Nonu.ready says that in consequence of Aug. 18, Noon. the continued deorence in the number of admissions to military detention: tarracks and prisons, the Carragh Military Prison and the Chatliam Branch Detention Barrack were closed last year?'... The daily average population. of the detention barmcks and prisons during the year was 476, or 2.7 per 1,000 of the army's strength, us against 800, or 3.3- per 1,000, in, the previous year.
