The Chino-American Industrial Union has decided to establish a Chino-American Shipping Con- pany and a Chino-American Bank, and has algoted Mosers, Shen Tun- ho and Clu Pao-san as its repre- sentatives to provend to Poking and arrange for the registration of the two concerns at the Bourd of Agriculture, Industry and Com morce.
