The problem of the boy in the streets remains a baffling ono. Municipal playgrounds do not moct, the needs of city youth of the age in question, and park and lectura facilities do not appeal to them, They are in a critical formative period of life when a slight direct influence either way turns them to or from a career of] viciousness. How to keep them straight until their charactor is formed and to prevent the ovil street, asociation that corrupta them is one of the most serious. tasks of social reclamation.--
