A GREAT MISTAKE AT DUBAI.

Karachi, April 8th.-A Porsian Gulf correspondent writes to the Siud Gazotto se follows: “The Dubai incident has dono more harm than good to British prestigo in these parta. During the summer months of last year the vigilance of the Eastern aquadron. in the Persian Gulf slackened a bit, and, owing to the oxcessive heat, some of the ships left for.
