SAD TRAGEDY IN HANKOW

The residents of Hankow Wore deeply shocked to hear, on the

21st April, of the tragic death of Mr. Ernst Buchholz, a young German of 24 years of age in the employ of Carlowitz & Co. The décensed had been dining withi some friends and returned home in apparently good spirite How ever, in the early hours of the morning a slot was heard in his bed-room and lie moss-mates rushing in found him stretched on the floor with a bullet wound through his heart and a rifle alongside his body. His death must have been almost instantan-
