The deceased proceeded to Hongkong to raise money for the purpose of settling the bank's claitu, but died at Hặngkong on the 291 altius, leaving the balance of Y1,725,236 of his debt unpaid. The petitioner further, stated that the de- censed advanced a sum of Y63,719 to the Ryosuisha. umteli-factory, to by: r34 - paid in cash or in goods.
