To this four remaining articles the public will tura with especial interest. The second is by Mr. Hector Bywater, Berlin Correspondent of the Navy League, whose art- cle on German Naval policy makes a startling disclosure as to Germany's intentions in the matter of ship design immediately prior to the commencement of the Dreadnought. The annual meeting of the Hoogkong Football Club was held at the office of Messrs, fardins, Matheson & Co, yesterday. Mr Frank Browne présided, and there was a fair attendance of members.

The Chairman said he thought members would agree that the Club had had a successful The Association team did not do as well as usual, as the Club suffered to some extent owing to their helping the formation of the Kowlood team.
