Before 0:mmnader Basil Taylor, R.Na Marina Magistrate, Capt. W. Dixon II spcraft, master of the steamship Koiteplo. prosecuted Chan uk, master of the steam launch Pro Lee, this morning, for failing to objeive the rules of the road in the waters of the Colony at 12:10 pm. on the 14th it.
