At the Supreme Court, this afternoon, the Chief Justice (Sir Francis Piggott) delivered the following additional judgment reserved on the point as to special damages in the case in which the Hongkong Milling Company, Lid, brought an action against Messia. Arohold Karberg and Company, to recover the sum of $too,ood for alleged breach of warranty :--'
