It is learnt (bat, during the last few days, Meveral confidentialtelegraphic despatches have besa exchanged between the Canton Viceroy, H.E. Yuan, and the Peking Authoritlos in the matter of the Macso delimitation question. The Viceroy, in the despatches, reported the state of agitation among the people and he bas fa return received instructions from the Grand Council to take precautionary steps to prevent the occurrence of any disturbance,

THE NAVAL COMMISSIONERS, During their visit to Cautou last month, the two Naval Commissioners, Prince Stran Pulap and Admiral Sab Chen Ping, held an examis: tion of the students of the Whampoa Naval College.
