(a) The tenderer must state in his tender the annual sum offered for the Farm rent for the three years 1919, 1911 and 1913; a different sum may be offered for the first, second and third years respectively. The tanderer must also clearly state the proportion of the amount Rest to be allotted to each saparate Farm.
(b) The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender, and reserves to itself the right of making any arrangements it may deem advinable as regards the letting of the Farms.
(c) Each tenderer should specify in fall, in English, and in the vernacular language of the tenderer, the names, residences and occupa tions of the persons tendering, and similar information regarding any security or any partner that the tenderer wishes to propose.
(d) The successful tenderer will be called upon to enter into a contract under the provi sions of the Proclamations named in Schedule
