The Director berewith present to the Accounts; Shareholders the Report and duly audited, to the 31st December, 1908. The balance of profit and loss account, is clusive of £648 los. 1:d. brought forward from previous year, shows a credit of £1,801 161, 9d.

The directors recommend that this amount be allocated as follows: To write the balance (£400) off "Purchase of Trading Rights," ta -pay a dividend of 15 per cent. for-the-year, free- of income tax, absorbing £729-158.,, and to carry forward £683 is, gå, to the next account; the pum carried forward includès provision for payment on June 1st, 1909, of the sum of £500 off the debenture, in terms of the bond.
