She asked for the account books, and was told there was "nothing to sto," but that she would be shown next years books, Nine mouths later plaintiff again visited the shop, because she was told by a friend, who read it in the newspapers, that the Wo Fung had been transferred. She asked a man named Leung Wo, the manager, why he acted in that way, and she was told that her share had been seized by the Court.
