Amoy, 5th November, On the 4th inst., Admiral Emery, of the battleship Louisiana, invited H.E. Yuk Long and Leung Tung-in, special Chinese Commissioners, and the Viceroy of Fukien and the Pro vincial Treasurer, to visit the vessels of the American Fleet.
