Reynolds deposed that he assisted in taking the deceased to hospital Ata.30 pm. deceased was 'in a very bad condition, and appeared to be, dying, "When they got bi into the carriage deceased asked where they, were taking him to and witness tald. him to. hospital. He was so violent that his luge bad „to be strapped together-When-they-reached- the General Hospital the Sister suggested that deceased should be taken to the. Dr. Billinghurtt said he made a post-mortem examination of the body of deceased on Friday afternoon last at the General Hospital. 1 here the chest wall on the left side. Apart from were a few small bruises on the, left arm and
