A collision which took place in the harbour on the 24th instant, between the steam launches
Lee Hing and the Dairy, belonging to the Harbour Department, was the subject of an inquiry which was held in the Marine Court, this morning. The coxswain of the Lre Hing was accused and fund guilty of failing to observe the rules of the road.
