The second case of the calendar the first having been disposed of yesterday--was that against Leung Chak Chau, Fung Fuk Tin and Lac Shan Ting, merchants carrying on business in Des Voeux Road Central, under the style of the Kwang Sang firm, who were charged with the infringements of Menn. Lagman and Kemp's Florida water trade-marks, (a) selling and (3) with applying a false trade description to the bottles.
