INSIDE THE PALACE,

They were, driven to the grand entrance (usually reserved for his Majesty's most dist tinguished visitors), and remained in the build. ing for about three-quarters of an hour. A large crowd, fully aware of the significance of the occasion, quickly gathered in the roadway A lane of prople formed across the road, with a barrier of photographers at its end.
