A SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

On the afternoon of the toth_instant the barracks of the yolk, Infantry Regiment at construction, were struck by a whirlwind with Sasuyama, hyogo prefecture, now' in course of,

such force that the frames of the building, were lifted up about six inches from the ground, and then fell down in a mass of ruins. Five cur panters and thirteen labourers who were working on the frame-work were thrown down and injured, two of them severely.
