On the 20th at 11.55 a.—The bara neter con- tinues to fall slowly over Luzon, Formosa and the Loochoor. It has risen slightly to moder. ately over N. China and N.E. Japan.

The low pressure trough is still lying over the N. past of the 'Ching Sea and the Pacific to the E. of N. Luzon. Probably, a depression

exists in it to the N.E. of Lynn.

Pressure is bigh, about oj inch in excess of the normal, over S.E. Japan, and below the average by about oa inch in Manila, and by 0.1 loch över S. Formosa and the Loochook.

Moderate or fresh N.E. winds may be ex pected in the Farmora Channel, and light or moderate N.E: wind along the Northern shores of the China Sea,

Hongkong rainfall for the 24 hours ending at 10 am, to-day, ooo inches,
